The administration says the agreement could save taxpayers hundreds of millions of dollars each year.<\/p>\n<p>AstraZeneca also pledged to invest $50 billion in U.S. manufacturing and research by 2030, including a new production facility in Charlottesville, Virginia, expected to create 3,600 jobs.
